Good evening,
This morning, officers visited West Park School in Spondon alongside the Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service, where they expressed the dangers of entering abandoned buildings, fire hazards, and real life case studies on what can happen if entering unoccupied areas. The students engaged and listened very well.
They then attended a school in Chaddesden alongside the local Councillor and a Traffic Warden to tackle inconsiderate parking. This is regularly reported in the community, and we will be visiting more areas of concern that are reported by local residents.
To finalise, officers have been out and about patrolling, developing intelligence, conducting enquiries into multiple offences, and speaking to several businesses.
